Damn, this is a big one! I think I'll apreciate it when I make more progress on my FE romhack. Also, ever since starting this year I've made my own FE Universe account (I'm AlemOwl) where I'll post all of the things I do that are FE related.

hello... I don't know where a good place to ask questions is... but when making my first chapter I have run into a bit of a problem. The enemies load in fine however when the units load in the appear for a second and then disappear. I do not have a Lord character in my prologue and I don't think that would be the issue. It switches to enemy phase and as I have no units it gives me a game over. I am using FE8 and febuilder.

I'm experimenting a little creating a small hack and I can't find the place where I set the chapter boss. I found the boss defeat flag but I can't find where I'm supposed to set which unit triggers this flag upon death. Any Idea where it is?

The boss flag usually gets triggered vis the death quote of the boss. Take a peek at the "death quote" editor. That should be what you are looking for. Hope this helps! Regardless, good luck with your project!

Thank you for the tutorial, I actually managed to test some things thanks to it. I actually created my own chapter (well, at least, the starting cutscene with conversations) but I was unable to make the chapter start. The cutscene was smooth and fine but after that I didn't know how to make the units take a place in the map so the chapter could start (I didn't find any command to trigger Turn 1). What is the command to start the chapter? Thank you again

Happy that the tutorial helped out! As far as commands go, there is no specific command to start a chapter, it should do that automatically. It sounds like you either entered a loop that prevents the chapter from starting, or you don't have any units on the map. I'd recommend watching my unit placer tutorial, or to tinker a bit with the events and see which ones prevent you from starting the chapter. Add and remove some things and do some trial and error testing. @@XPGamesNL Thank you very much for your answer!! I'll definetly check the unit placement tutorial as I'm sure I messed up there somehow. If I'm still lost I might also check the Discord althought I would not like to be a nuisance (as I'm a complete newbie XD)
