Does anyone know why she puts the fish on that rack after she cleans them and how are there not a million flies on them being out in the open? The food always looks so good and flavorful!

After washing the fish and putting lemon on them, it is good to put them in the sun so that they dry and make the lemon enter the fish well, in the village it is windy, flies cannot land on the fish.
