The proper ruling by the Supreme Court would be to refuse to hear the case and not waste any more taxpayer money on a Supreme Court, which, frankly, doesn't represent the make up of the people of this country as designed by the Founding Fathers who the Federalist Society claims to represent.

I would like to question the tactic of suing to delay or run out the clock! I understand 'statute of limitations' as a given amount of time to file a suit. Failure results in a lost opportunity. However, I believe once the subpoena IS ISSUED 'The Process' has begun and ANY "TACTIC" to STALL or DELAY Should FREEZE THE CLOCK on the Subpoena Process. After USING the courts as PAWNS, and the attempted delays (and ALL APPEALS) has been resolved--the CLOCK should, only then, resume as time against any time limitations. Our Judicial rules are so often NONSENSICAL! This Tactical strategy disproportionately BENEFITS THE WEALTHY (OR GRIFTERS) of whom can AFFORD ATTORNEYS for extended periods and exorbitant legal fees. I'm sure M. Meadows is using RNC money to fund his legal bills--JUST LIKE TRUMP!
