Federal government to end emergency SNAP benefits in Ohio

Please send this message to our governor if you can make the food price or the gas price price down, the same as price before yes totally agree cutting down emergency allotment. Dozen of egg now cost 8 dollars. What do u think

I sometime think over government doesn’t care they can see it’s worse now than when covid first hit. Can’t they see it takes triple the money for EVERYTHING $$ they need to feel it but they continue getting there raise…I wish for 6 months they would try and live on what we make I bet they would feel it ..I feel so sorry for our country we need to clean house and get fresh blood to run the country before it’s to late 😢😢

I think the government we have is doing fine. The extra EBT lasted for 3 years such longer then what I thought it would and was much appreciated during that time I stocked up on extra food many canned vegetables and canned meat have expiration dates of 2024- 2026. This is how I have shopped prior to retiring from my job in May of 2020 and getting $16 a month in food stamps then along came covid and increased food stamps. For many years now I have bought markdown meat and whatever I could find markeddown .We are going to have to go back shopping more like our Grandparents scrutinizing every purchase and making our dollars stretch. I can still eat organic ribeye steaks bought 2 this week for $2.99 each. Wednesday I bought 27 24oz jars of Ragu dated 2-2025 for $.57 each I kept 12 a friend with 3 boys took 15. I know not everybody will always find these deals but the point is to look and this will help you stretch your food dollars. The economy we are living in now is our reality and we have to adjust. We have seen tough times before and survived and we will survive this

It's happening because the government wants to commit genocide by starvation and malnutrition. If the can do it indirectly the won't be held accountable for murder even though they know that's what it is. They don't care about the poor and if they can get rid of them they think that's all the better

I hope and pray the USA gov reads this post! If the USA gov stops the SNAP, the way things are right now, with people getting food. This is going to make crime go up. People will walk into these food stores, and take what they need. MARK MY WORDS!

Mark my word. They will go to jail. When you want or need something you don't just steal it. This is why people in poor areas have to travel far to get to food and drug stores. Grow your own.

It's ridiculous people on Social Security got a big boost with people on SSI only received a $70 increase but now they're taking $95 worth of SNAP. Also decreasing our regulars not benefits because of the SSI increase. In other words that increase in January screwed us
