"But this time, something went wrong." What went wrong was the fact that the police didn't call the bomb squad immediately, but thought that it would be a good idea to deal with the thing themselves. Even "twenty years' experience of dangerous situations" doesn't seem to add up to much in the end.

Yes, you'd think they would be busy taping off a perimeter so nobody would get close until the bombsquat arrived, instead of "standing over it". Also, the son was so dumb by attracting attention to himself in the media when nobody was suspecting him. He was wanted in another city and the police hadn't even bothered to run his background after their first encounter so he had narrowly escaped scrutiny. What were the people involved with this case thinking?

When they were still investigating Orr, ATF put a Lo-jack on his official patrol car. Oddly, Orr noticed it right away and removed it, but never reported finding an unknown tracking device in his official car to his superiors. They had to go back in and put another device hidden better. However what absolutely damned Orr, how the ATF knew without a doubt he was the arsonist, was when he responded to a fire where the wrong address had been given out on radio. The entire response team converged on the wrong location, miles away, while Orr went directly to the scene of the fire which he couldn't have known existed unless he set it. When he was questioned as to how he, alone, magically arrived at the scene of the fire, when no one had been given the correct address, he couldn't offer anything close to a plausible explanation. This show, being forensic based, so obviously tries to play up the evidence/science based angles, but what actually resulted in Orr being caught dead to rights was him making that one simple mistake.

It’s a very good read, and it’s one of those books you’ll want to read over and over and particularly reread parts of it. I hope all the individuals, both sellers and buyers of the illegal guns, were arrested and imprisoned for the death and destruction those unregistered guns caused. Sure doesn't sound like any of them received significant sentences, if any at all.

love it how a murderer get 12years for murder and attempted murder and lots more.......and the one that made the bomb and THAT'S ALL he did, he he get life in jail........ how does this work?..... And that po in ambulance...... the victim was shot 10 times, he makes the assailant run and then turns to victim with more bullets in him than before, " Are you allright?" ...... this is comedy

ok, you sell car parts but dont know anything about cars.. cars havent been made out of wood for over a century. 2:58 and Trinkler's involvement seemed weak. I mean $1000 split 4 ways then half isnt a lot of money for Jr;. Why was the ATF involved in an arson investigation

Why has no one ever thought to stop and think that all the people this man put in prison could have actually been innocent and he could have actually framed every person he had locked up for arson I mean come on the dude knew nothing about fire if you actually look into him The only things he knew was all the stuff that he started How do we not know that he framed all those people He could have actually framed every person he had locked up for arson because in those cases too he's magically new everything like he did in all the other cases he eventually got caught for but nobody has thought to think Oh we should investigate this because there could be innocent people in prison

ZC. It's nt easy being an enforcement officer you will be targetted if you wrongly convicted aperson and let go a killer when you have less evident to charge him. Nt easy at all. Most of the time the enforcement officers to be blamed. When we put ourselves in theirshoes. We knew very well the job always been an uphill tasks.

I like how they always disclose the fact that they had 20 yrs of experience. Well, let me tell you. In policing, experience is like fashion. What proves relevant this year is unworkable and impracticable the next 😎☹️💪

That's interesting basically when people scratched a serial number off a gun, they are essentially just adding another criminal charge without actually making it untraceable. That just sounds really stupid I mean why make it even more illegal than it already is it's just another charge they can add on top of murder or whatever the crime is. And people filing off numbers don't even realize that they're not even making it untraceable they're just making it more illegal so it's stupid if someone wants it untraceable gun what they need to do is get a privately made gun or a 3D printed gun that's the moral of that story. Sometimes these shows actually teach criminals things they would not already know not saying that these shows aren't great but I'm not a criminal but if I was I would have just learned a lesson a valuable one.

That firefighter has no conscience. Imagine after people died in the earlier fires he set he continued set more fires. His punishment should have been death by fire. Tommy should have gotten more jail time. How easily these people kill their own for money is terrifying.

Ok..i'm gonna ask..are we gonna just sit here and ignore @ 17:31 were the ambulance in route to the hospital PULLS OVER and STOPS because they needed to attend to the injured person? Isn't the ENTIRE PURPOSE OF THE AMBULANCE NOT to STOP and to get the injured to the hospital ASAP ??? What am i missing here?????

No some times ambulances has to pull over to save people's life with immediate treatment that requires two people to administer. I honestly only heard of it once and it where an ambulance crew ressused a patient who had no heartbeat then the patient went into full code again and they stopped to ressused the patient once more before getting to the hospital. Had they not the patient would have been dead on arrival.

What this video does not say is that the ATF is not allowed to keep a computer data base on ANY guns. They have shipping containers full of boxes of papers, millions of them that must be searched manually, page by page, in order to trace guns used in crimes...All thanks to laws passed by the NRA. What should take ATF workers minutes takes days...
