A man comes up and states that he is a Deputy US Marshal. He is not in uniform, has no badge, and displays no credentials. He then begins to double-speak saying things like the contracted security guards are law enforcement (then later corrects his answer after being challenged). He also doesn't want to read the controlling CFR that Sean offers to show him. The only thing he got right was that Sean was in a public area of the building and permitted to record. He then tries to justify the actions of the security guards swarming Sean and trying to intimidate him with incorrect (and unconstitutional) directives. This is our government in action...showing disdain for its citizens.

Just to clarify. Most of these court security officers are previous/retired law enforcement officers. So they think they have their qualified immunity. They do not. They are contracting through a security company.
