I’m currently on bail and my sentencing is in two months and already told me I will have about 6 months to turn my self in … a lot of reasons why (my work history, how involved I am in my life life, I pay rent and Child support on time ect ) so just wanted to share that in here .

☝🏽 he ain't lying I've seen an inmate get way more time than his initial charge by not turning hisself in, plus allegations of intimidating witnesses in his case and yelling at the judge at the sentence... -Initial prime was only 2 years in prison - plus 5yrs for escape or absconding -1year ea for telling Judge to F*Q 3x's -then 5 years each of intimidation of a witness X5 (calling his wife 80x's "the victim" while in custody DORK🤦🏾‍♂️... didn't threaten her though) Total of 30 years

I got a surrender date of 1/24/22 I'm facing 12 months I got a clean record non violent offense ill be doing ny time at fci mendota do you think covid will effect the time I serve or will it all be the same?

It doesn't hurt to talk to a lawyer. From what the Lawyer in this video said, you can get consideration for taking responsibility for your actions.
