What if you were told by the government that you could get under a mandatory minimum sentence, then at the plea hearing, the judge says you can't. Is twenty minutes enough time to decide on a mandatory minimum sentence? Shouldn't the hearing be rescheduled after just finding out you were going to get a mandatory minimum?

To get an idea of what I wanted to make. I only showed it to her with her consent to give a visual description of the kind of thing I wanted to make. Honestly she was on board at first but now she’s backing down claiming she’s gotten some retraining or something. Luckily seems I am not having any action against me and I woulda respected her wishes if she said no from the get go. This happened to me. I was over 5 years clean from any drugs or alcohol and have no record. But I'm white and was driving in a predominantly black area. So I got pulled over because the cop said my headlights "flashed" (whatever that means). He claimed he smelled marijuana, which wasn't possible. He searched my car for like an hour... Digging through every little crevice... Using a hand broom to sweep up the dirt from my passanger floor into a dust pan to examine... etc. When nothing was found he got frustrated and told me "get out of here" so I left. Then he hopefully went and focused on some real criminals 🙄

Just say " much obliged officer", now I will be on my way, good day!

Marijuana no longer has a smell. Every time someone smells skunk everyone says they're smoking weed. Before legal weed it had a very distinctive smell. I don't know why people are attracted to shitty smelling skunk weed. You couldn't tempt me with that shirt smelling skunk weed.

So never believe any police officer who is testifying in court. We want good police on our nation's police forces. Sadly, our nation's police forces R infested with both SS Men, and Gestapo agents!
