Federal Signal 2001-130 Short Alert (St. Charles, IA.)

Once again, another siren test I procrastinated for 6 months to upload.
This siren is located behind the St. Charles volunteer fire department. It is sounded daily for Noon blasts, I'm unsure of other activation protocols, but its assumed it is also sounded for tornado warnings, Firecalls (maybe) and severe thunderstorm warnings (maybe)

Madison County (including Winterset, Earlham, St Charles, Bevington, Patterson, Macksburg, East Peru, and Truro) all test their sirens the First Saturday of the Month at 1pm, March-October, weather permitting. They only test for about less than a minute though.
