Federal Signal 2001-SRN Test Fail? | 10-3-17 | October 2017 Tornado Siren Test

Here's a video of a tornado siren going off for the monthly test in Porter County. Usually what happens is the sirens go in Alert-Attack-Alert sequence during the test, this siren did alert and then attack, but no 2nd alert signal... I could still hear other tornado sirens going off in the distance, probably doing the alert signal this siren missed.
