Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000 in Wichita, KS

Apparently, this Thunderbolt wants to be a 2001. It also has a bird problem due to a torn screen. It has been reported to EMA. This was tested on Tuesday March 7th, 2017 as part of the Kansas Statewide Tornado Drill.
