@skunko144 Probably because there is a take down and alley underneath them and so they can still do red, blue, or amber patterns at the same time.

For nighttime tactical take-downs, would the Front Oscillating give satisfactory performance from the pods only? California requires steady reds in the mounting feet (per 13 CCR 818).

at 1.08 why is it that the two end pod don't become the take down as well ?

Electrically motorized emergency lights, especially in this configuration, usually don't come cheap...and the way that this lightbar has been made is anything but cheap.
