Those racists Caucasian father and son dual murderers seem to look alike, as do the "Karens." The murder trial of the others is just ending and already, more are showing up. That needs to be investigated. Like, why do they all look alike? As I completed the last sentence, the news caster mentioned one of the cases I was referring to. FedEx should be paying the victim. REPENT racists and surrender your hearts to the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Convenience stores that are corporately owned and not independent do the same thing. They don't change shifts or stores for the employee that experienced a shooting or robbery. The company will cite some study saying it's better to get back up on the horse immediately and seek therapy to help you cope. They say employees that take time off typically don't come.back to the position so not allowing leave or allowing only brief unpaid leave is seen as part of employee retention. Pretty crazy, huh?

People are dumping here on FedEx, but consider this. It's likely the local FedEx management (people also from Mississippi) dragged their feet on doing anything or sending word up the corporate ladder, much like the cops. D'Monterrio says he won't go back on that route, so the local supervisors say, "OK, then take some unpaid time off." It should have been an automatic worker's comp case, so therapy and at least partial wages should never have been at issue. It seems the fact this happened in Mississippi is a lot of the problem here. The cops were proof of that.

This is why I quit my Amazon job. I’m a white male, and delivering in cannonsburg, PA I had a firearm pulled on me for trespassing on someone’s property when the delivery instructions stated to leave on the back post he so the wife wouldn’t see. The man apologized and said he forgot he requested the package to be delivered to the rear door and I said “you’re lucky I’m not allowed to carry my firearm or you would have been shot dead”. Delivery drivers are at risk 24/7 especially in the areas we drive in and there is no form of protection.

I have so much footage of dogs whom are being let out to roam free JUST AS SOON as they see us pulling up. If it isn't that, it's thr Police in those areas whom treat us like we're about to break into someones house while taking a package to the door. It's crazy! Then for many of our female drivers, it's even tougher for them... Especially driving while Black... People drive by and throw things... Urine, fecal matter... I could go on. D’Monterrio Gibson, the Black FedEx driver who was fired upon by a white man after making a delivery in Brookhaven, had been on unpaid leave since his vehicle was shot. Attorney Carlos Moore says FedEx has reinstated his pay retroactively to January 31, so Gibson will continue getting paychecks and was paid for the time he’s missed so far. Moore also says Gibson is getting therapy, and the company is paying for those sessions.

It's the same logic that we see when these cops shoot unarmed men, ask if they are OK, and then perform life saving techniques trying to save them, worriedly pleading for the victims to "stay with them". You would think the company would want to make sure this man is in his right mind while driving around in thier property. Unbelievable about the company. The local Mississippi police reaction is not surprising. They are doing about as much as we can expect in this day and age. Im sure it would have been different if a police officer was attacked in this way. The company treating him this way is just salt in his wound. Definitely going to be following this case.
