Embrace of the Fog is genuinely the best fangame/romhack on the scene right now, and I really do believe that wholeheartedly. Extremely unique, genuinely massive amount of content, super replayable, tons of interesting items and units, a really engaging story, optional content, difficulty modifiers, progression, unlocks, a full array of supports even with its massive cast??? it's just a marvel that it even exists at all, and I think anyone who likes roguelite games owes it to themselves to give it a whirl, because this is easily a game that will eat up a couple hundred hours of your time. Play it!!!

The entire story and bosses are complete and all avaliable as of 1.3. The only thing left is more units that were submitted (submissions are closed now) to implement, and after that it's basically extra stuff that may or may not happen in the future, like more crossover characters from other hacks. But the game itself is complete, ~280 characters currently and a lot of difficulty and challenge modifiers on top of all the story and secret content

Play this hack only because my Dragalia Lost units got into the game, if nothing else. ... ok no just play it

looks good but the combat animations should have been turned on and showed off, they are a big part for me

Great effort but being a Roguelite is a deal breaker. Hope others enjoy it though, a lot of fun mechanics in the trailer alone.
