the reason why jags fans feel so down and different this year it’s because the coaching staff and the front office constantly tells us they are ready and feel good but they make no changes we all see it besides the people that should see it

Christian Kirk has been a no show, they need to start Parker Washington & feed Brian Thomas Jr. the ball. BTJ is a true #1, & it's time to utilize him like 1.

Our scheme just suck against the Browns. The only thing that worked last year was the TE in the passing game. Ain’t mad there. Gabe shouldn’t be gettin more targets than BTJ or Kirk. ETN, Engram and BTJ should be the focal points on offense. Get those guys going and everything else should open up. Every play, RB or TE gotta chip somebody in the passing game.

What's crazy is that offense isn't set up to feed a #1 receiver. I agree though they need to change that and get him more targets. Not force them like Calvin last year, but get him the ball

Shad needs to have a sit down with the coaches and Baalke and explain that every player on the practice squad has better job security than they do if they don't get this fixed. Really I cannot blame Baalke too much because he has built a pretty stacked team, but they always go half assed on the O line. I like Doug, but he knows Press is a horrible OC ,and he is costing us games we should be winning.

If this coaching staff is so incompetent and cannot get this man at least 10 targets a game then not only should Phil Rauscher be fired, but everyone else along with him on the offensive side including Pederson himself should be as well

Doug is not the problem, it's the OL and the line has given no push and bad in pass pro. Jags need to fire the GM and fix the line - fire the OL coach if he can't fix them. So many drops by the WR's

Idk what is up with Kirk, but he's just not showing up at all. BTJ is a legitimate #1 who can absolutely take over a game. Not only that, but he's probably one of only 2 people that are playing with a fire in their heart.

Wasn’t the jags the team that passed on hutch? Drafting is as important as coaching. They dumb lucked their way into btj, they traded down and got lucky btj was still there. Peterson needs to throw the ball to btj more underneath. I guess Peterson is trying to slow down the game cuz of the bad defense. Hate to see good players in bad organizations. I am a life long lions fan, I know how it feels.
