I used your method however i used ocean wave hair because the wave of thr hair works better to prevent hair from sticking out. Plus i wanted the ends to be wavy without having to curl the hair. Anywhoo i had to play around with how much hair to use and i fed in hair from the base of the braid. I also didnt want a super long braid My technique I cut.each piece of hair in half. So i had about 35 pieces. I fed in one piece on the right then the left then the right again. Then i fed in two pieces the same as above. Then i fed in 6 pieces on the righ then the left. then i braided down twice and added in the last six pieces. . I then braided down until i reached the length i wanted and added a rubber band. It came out really nice and the ends are wavy. The kink of the hair matched my hair perfectly because i wanted it to match my natural hair.

This was a darn cool method and I would not have thought of it, lol 😝! I’ll try this with some leftover Marley hair soon, perhaps with 2 braided buns as a modified version. 😎💃🏽

I just had feed in extensions done (two braids) and took them out because it’s too much for my Caucasian scalp after a few days 😅. I’ve got the left over hair and this would be a great method if I wanted a temporary extension in a single or double braid I could do at home, and it wouldn’t irritate my scalp so could wear it a little longer…Thank you! ❤️

Looks amazing Abbie 👏🏽 how long do you think this would last for? And how to you protect it at night - bonnet over just the top half? Or put the whole plait until protection?🤔 xx
@AbbieCurls4 жыл бұрын
I don't actually sleep with his hairstyle in. If i want to wear it a few days in a row I would redo it each day. But if i were go sleep with it, i'd wrap a scarf around my edges and then put on a bonnet. x

@@AbbieCurls thank you! It would genuinely take me an hour each day to do this if I tried today 🤣🤣 practice makes perfect I guess! X
