A boy introduced this band to me back in 2007. So many sweet and somewhat painful memories are attached to this album. We thought we were in love and in our teenage innocence we truly believed a long distance relationship would work between California and England. May he be well and happy in life xx

@@24magiccarrot Funny you mention that. I was playing their *Best Of* album the other night when we had friends over, and one of them recognized the vocalist... [Verse 1] Feeling the moment the slip away Losing direction you're losing faith You're wishing for someone Feeling it all begin to slide Am I just like you All the things you do can't help myself [Hook] How do you feel when there's no sun? And how will you be when rain clouds come and pull you down again? How do you feel when there's no one? Am I just like you? [Verse 2] Turning to face what you've become Bury the ashes of someone Broken by the strain Trying to fill that space inside Am I just like you? All the things you do - can't help myself [Hook] How do you feel when there's no sun? And how will you be when rain clouds come and pull you down again? How do you feel when there's no one? Am I just like you? All the things you do [Verse 3] Don't ever feel That you're alone I'll never let you down I'll never leave you dry Don't fall apart Don't let it go Carry the motion Carry the motion back to me Feeling the moment the slip away Feeling the moment the slip away So I'm just like you How do you feel when there's no sun? And how will you be when rain clouds come and pull you down again? How do you feel when there's no one? Am I just like you?

True story: I was living in the basement of an auto repair garage. I didn't think it could get any worse. I would literally have to hide during business hours and sneak out at night to bum food out of the dumpster next door (Hardee's) and this song came on the radio of someone's car that was stopped at the stoplight. And then, when I got gainfully employed, at the Hardee's, it got worse. It turned out, my boss was the guy who was blasting this song from his car radio. Well, for approximately seven weeks, this was the only song I heard as I was folding cheeseburgers into wrappers. I finally told him, his name was Hank, by the way, either you quit playing this song or I quit working here, at which he had a hurt expression on his face and told me how it got him through some hard times, the details of which I forget, and since then I've always had a soft spot in my heart for this song.
