Hi Vasili, I've created a mnemonic to help you remember the ingredients - A Complete Mix Which Creates Beautiful Rich Soil - Activated charcoal, Compost, Manure, Worm castings, Coco pith, Black grit, Rice hull, Superfood. Hope it helps!

curious why use cow manure in your soil mix when you have insect frass , insect frass mixed with some lucerne chaff would be even better than a commercial animal waste product like cow manure i reckon
