Very cool! I hadn't heard about the value of caulking the Mann Lake feeders to keep bees from drowning. That's a good idea and one that I will use. I have 25 hives in Denver and only feed about half of them this time of year, boiling water on my stove and mixing sugar. Maybe I'll use the concepts of your bigger outfit to build something to mix the water and sugar and pump it to fill my buckets. Thanks for making this informative video. I will also add that I was disappointed that the one gallon internal feeders from Mann lake require you to pull two frames rather than one in the 10 frame box - it's too tight with nine frames. I would have been better with the 1.5 gallon feeder and eight frames rather than the one gallon feeder and eight frames. I have a couple of 8 frame hives and have found you only have to pull one frame in the 8 frame box to fit the one gallon feeder, so it works well with 8 frame systems.

Thanks for watching. Maybe there is a smaller water tote that you could use for your operation. I think big or small operation this pump system would work and save a bunch of time.
