I won't go on whether the substitute is healthy or not since this is new to me, though I wouldn't imagine a bunch of plant oils to be low on fat.

One of the great parts about this video is it breaks down what is in it. I love that they say 'secret' then immediately say exactly what it is... So maybe if their product isnt on the local shelf people can damn near make it themselves with some sort of substitute for 'hemo'. I feel like that's one of the limiting factors for this stuff vs meat. Meat is literally in almost every grocery store in the world(short of specifically vegan/vegetarian/etc stores). It'll come around but very slowly... especially if the meat industry has anything to say about it.
