Good video as always your improving with every one and I'm finding the drone shots class , you've a decent size farmyard

It's amazing the numbers/ amounts involved in feeding I think I picked up that you have is it 190 milkers involving a 7 ton approx daily ration wow. And the feeder wagon must be one of the greatest development in livestock farming over the years. I can remember back in the day hay feeding and also silage clamps with an electric fence across it I think it was called ad lib feeding. Big developments that way, then the downside is the milk prices! Think music is best left to drone footage/ lengthy procedures drowning you out when you are talking.

Oh Drew! Love those drone shots. I couldn't figure out what the bottle was doing; do now. Heat exchange to warm things up. You have some very artistic shots. I esp. liked the tractor in the barn that is back lit. Yehah, yourself! What minerals are you feeding and what amount?

Looks like you ready for a bit of slurry out. cold just makes everything a pain especially frozen diesel

Why don’t ye park the tractors on the feeding passages at night to keep them warm and stop things feeding. Really enjoying the content. Keep it up.

I just cannot get over the amount of ice and snow. I have never seen snow falling. It looks like you will be having rain for the next week. I am assuming that when you get rain on snow that you get an ice layer and things become really icy and it is going to take some really expert driving when you don't have traction. It might be a good idea to scrape it up before you get all that rain this coming week. Do the cows lie down more to conserve heat? It looks like the temps will be above freezing later in the week, so maybe no ice, but will the snow melt?

Pembertons had two premature calves this season. Tom borrowed heat lamps. Do you use heat lamps? Adrian (I Farm We Farm) uses coats on his new calves and I think Farmer Phil and now I see that Tom does too. Do you put coats on your new born calves? Adrian has a calving stall. How do you separate your cows?

Making you’re own will definitely save you money. I know how much the ponies concentrate feed is every month I hate to imagine how much over 600 of them would cost. My old competition horse got fed straights oats, barley, sugar beet pulp then he got a competition mix and then Alfa A to bulk it and it cost a lot less but I needed more storage space. Lottie gets a special blend for an ulcer prone pony. Off the back of this thought. Do cows get stomach ulcers? Thanks for yet another informative video. Not sure what’s going on with it but you lost sound at parts?

Do you have a yard where the cows can go outside on "nice" days? Or, do the cows stay in all the time because of the weather where you are?
