Feeding Maggot black soldier fly using DUCK'S MANURE

Maggot cultivation at duck cage using manure is good to reach low production cost and also save the duck/livestock's manure and to be usefull.
Regardong to your plan might be make to scale up and run with target of maggot production, perhaps quantity of this manure is not enough, in this condition you'll need extras quantity you can bring from outside, like traditional market for organic waste.
But if you going only on this way by using waste on you cage, your production cost potensially in ZERO. It means you get maggot for FREE, and it make us happy

Well....i think it is perfectly fine. The free range birds have been found to be eating the maggots living on their poop. I won't entirely be closed cycle because ducks will be getting other feedstuffs too...e.g corn, bran, soya etc

I share this concern and would feed the larvae eating duck droppings to other animals like pigs or fish. I would feed the ducks larvae that feed on something else like fruit and vegetable waste, and not their own droppings.
