I also watched Steve Irwin as a kid. I actually went to one of his crocodile feeding shows when I was a kid. When he died I was so heartbroken, I miss him so much ;(.

I remember Steve Irwin standing in swamp next to a tree telling about a dangerous animal. The second after introduction, he put his hand into the hollow tree and pull out that dangerous animal. Animal now dangling from his hand : The animal tries to bite him, Steve : "see it is really dangerous."

Hey Chandler, love your videos. In Martinique where I come from, there is a snake called Bothrops lanceolatus or Trigonocephale or lancehead. It is venimous and endemic to the island. I would love to watch you catching one and showing the world this little known species. Also, creating interest in the species may also help in its preservation as it is endangered by local population who do not hesitate to kill it.

One time my uncle and I were driving together, saw a decent sized turtle walking up the road. My uncle was worried it would get hit by a car, so he picked it up and put it in the backseat, and we brought it to a pond. When we stopped people were like "wtf, there's a snapping turtle in your car!"

Hey Chandler, if you see this I have a little tip for you with the babies (moreso the schneider's). At that age they should be eating mostly insects with rodents on rare occasions. Just like for some snakes, rodents are too fatty and can easily lead to obesity and a fatty liver with time. This is coming out of love for your animals and your channel, just wish the best for you folks! Not that this is easy to replicate in captivity, the babies in the wild eat mostly insects with a good number of frogs and lizards also. But I have seen them do fantastic on a variety of insects in captivity, negating wax worms of course.
