Hello dear friend, I live in Morocco, and there are many homeless cats and kittens on the street around me. I feed stray cats every day and try to help them as much as I can. There are a few wtorld wide international organizations he might be able to reach out to for help . One is called international cat care. it never hurts to reach out to some of the bigger organizations to see if they can help a bit. That's just my opinion on that. I'm glad he has many subscribers donating to help him. Wish I could help too but don't have the money to do it at this point in time.
