Feeding the Cattle and Some Tractor Updates

Hey everyone! Today we're on our own again at the farm! This time we've got for you a little bit of how we feed the cattle as well as some tractor updates and a few pole barn modifications. Hope you enjoy!

Conner, taking care of livestock in the winter months can be challenging, I really like the way you feed ur cows, just unrolling the hay in front of them, they definitely don’t waste it 👍🏻. Conner I agree, the snow and cold weather definitely gets on my nerves lol 😂. Great video, take care from Kentucky 😊.

Viscosity Ultraction would be the best thing to put in it but probably not necessary for an SM-TA.

If you have a mobile oil dealer around look for mobile 424 it’s equivalent to the older hytran, several guys around me use it with good results.

I don't remember what the original symptoms were of the SMTAD.. But, if it wouldn't roll, I would be inclined to check the brakes - the ball bearings in the disc brake system must be very clean and rust free, as well as the ramp system in there, for it to work properly. They can hang up very easily. The other thing I would be concerned about is if the inner axle bearings are starting to fail and are dropping ball bearings out of the races. If they get caught under a bull gear, they can punch through the bottom of the case, or they can get picked up by a bull gear and can break teeth in the bull pinions. Happened on the H and my grandfather's M. But, once again, I am not sure I remember what your symptoms were.
