New sub here! My dragon is 5 yrs old & when i got him he only had 1 eye so he is extremely hard to feed plus it all has to be done by hand. He hates calcium & i can only sneak in his last worm with it by on it otherwise he just stops eating. The next day he remembers so its extra hard to get him interested. He looks at me like he knows & remembers me tricking him. He also does not like vegetables at all so but will eat slices of apple once in a while. Any suggestions would be great. Thx guys for an awsome vid 💕

I found breeding superworms is pretty easy. But it takes real long. Lol. I just need to figure out the proper diet appropriate... It was hard enough to just get them eating healthy. Before i had them they were neglected and i had to almost force them to eats greens. I had to use the pitchers and fool them thinking it was bugs.

I have 2 beardie rescues. What would you suggest as a good diet for a beardie that has only eaten crickets and no veggies or greens? I finally got both of them eating on there own. I had wormed them and habitat is ideal. I feed them a salad daily. Calcium powder 3 times a week. Bath everyother day or so. I mic up the food. I feed bugs once a week. They wont eat crickets now i have them on greens. I feed silk worms horned worms and soldier fly larva. Also i have the dry pellets and canned grass hoppers every so often. This week there menu is dandilion, collard greens, squash shavings and sprinkle of prickly pear. They both had 10 silkworms. And next week they will have 6 large horned worms. I give vitams 2 times a month. And calcium powder few times a week or so. They also have a water fall trickle fountain they drink from every so often.

@dagger61524 жыл бұрын
@The Deer YT hey! I’m not the creator but I have some information for you.. Feed the baby beardie crickets and various insects everyday (it will be less frequent as it grows and when it grows up it will eat fruits and veggies but most babies don’t eat it) and since it’s a young baby and it’s new I recommend putting you hand in front of it until it walks on and handle it..but when it trusts you more you can just scoop them up...tell me if you need anymore information! :D enjoy your beardie

+LilMan GotGame Keep them in a warm tub, lots of greens so they can lay their eggs in there, wait a day, get the lettuce, greens, ect, and put them in a slightly warmer area, with a little bit more humidity, so they can pop out of their eggs easier, wait till you see little ones, put them in the adult tub, and keep on breeding, I saw this in a vid about six months ago, so if a little bit is off, please watch a vid, don't criticize me if it didn't work! :D

Look up worms mate as they actually make your bearded dragons loose weight ' only wax worms put the weight on , but the very addictive and only can be given as treat .baby milk powder is best for putting weight on feed it to your crickets then crickets to bearded dragons.

awesome videos brother, but I had a question. I had a beardie for about 10 years and sadly it passed away, but I got a new one and it is about 4-5 months old. The breeder didn't know the exact date. My beardie is only about 10' inches long and he looks fairly small but has a nice gut on him. His tail is a ton of his length and his body is just small and his head is small. Yours look huge compared to mine. Any help? I can't remember how big mine was when it was younger because it was years ago, but thanks man, just stressing.

@THEREALD4DDYK1NGP1N8 жыл бұрын
Hey Dylan! Yes, you have the infamous Big Boy! There could be many reasons why he's doing s that. Do you have his cage set up correctly? Make sure you check his basking and cool sides temperatures to make sure they are optimal. Also make sure you offer him greens everyday and insects everyday until he is 12 months months old. Also make sure you are bathing him in luke warm water at least once a week. Hope that information can help answer your question.

@@eddierivera7161 oh ok, I just dont really want to buy them online because I'm afraid of them being dead, and I'm sort of afraid of roaches, so I just think it would be easier if I buy them at petco and they come in a plastic bag, the roaches can slide right out without me really having to touch them, instead if they come in a box from ordering online I have to take them out and it's kind of hard, I just want to make it easier but I was just wondering but thank you 😉👍🏻

Hello, I loved your video and showing how each one is different when it comes to eating believe me I know as I have had 3 and going on my 4th one and how finicky they can really be especially when it comes to eating vegetable ugh! However, I would have liked to hear more detail in how much do you feed them in age stages... for example, Babies How many insects at once, how many times a day as well as how many times a week? Same as with Adults as Adults get fewer insects and more vegetables if you can give detail on how many insects at once, how many times a day as well as how many times a week. Also, besides giving them Calcium D3 do you give Multivitamins and how many times a week for Babies and for the Adults. This is the first video of yours that I am watching and this was 4 years ago so maybe you have another video update explaining and if you do I apologize but for this video since it's already recorded maybe you can put the details into your description. Just a suggestion, please try not to take offense :)
