@ yes you need an input module as an amplifier, for example the one I use in the video, Befaco InAmp

Hi! That's very inspiring! I'd like to try that with my primarily unused turntable. I have one question. Turntables have a ground pin connector. How do you go about that? Thanks! ;)

@@AntoStaz I have a newer turntable so it doesn’t need external grounding. For turntables that need external grounding, I would try to use your mixer
