Can anyone tell me if the liquid in tastes salty and gross? I tried LMNT and could barely take more than 1 sip, it was so disgusting. I had to return it. Wondering if liquid iv is like that or not.

Depends on the flavor. I personally prefer passion fruit, which doesn't have a prominent salty flavor. My best friend doesn't like sweet drinks, so she uses the lemon lime which has a pickle brine-ish taste if you add it to too little water. For both flavors, I recommend using a 1 packet to 32 oz of water ratio so the salt taste is not as strong. I still feel like I get a good benefit from using half a packet on non-workout days.
