T He repeatedly mentioned that this time it won't happen, this time PCB won't leave ICC😂😂😂 He is journalist ,with very light knowledge about rules. He forgotten , PCB is just a host nation and don't have any power to fight or deal with BCCI. Champions Trophy is merely a ICC event. Entire event organised and controlled by ICC with their officials. Pakistan is just a host nation which it shld cater Venue, Logistics supply, hotel and security providing. For that service and being host it will be paid by ICC. Cup, prize money and all expenses will bare by ICC. ICC only finalise fixtures .ICC is governing body ,it need to cater memeber nation, if their Govt don't send team to particular nation ,then their duty to opt alternate way to run the tournament. ICC don't have any power to force India to Play in Pakistan. Neither ICC not PCB can't even go Apex court too. Last time PCB tried to milk money from BCCi ,it lost case and even it paid back $1.6 million to BCCI. Same situation. Especially, Eshan Mani knew , about BCCI legal team capacity and capability. PCB tried for $70million compensation. And end up to pay 1.6 million to BCCI. BCCI is within their own rights. Only India Govt can send team to Pakistan. Neither Pak Govt, OCb, not ICc has power.
