Both incredibly kind, smart and pretty. Charlotte seems like the sweetest person ever and their friendship is so genuine. Sucks that this is the last season because i adored the show. Thank you for making it so delightful and realistic!

Mae is the first character on tv that I’ve ever been able to closely relate to. For the first time in my life (besides maybe Ellen) I actually feel represented on screen and it feels incredible. Although, identifying for the first time to a character such as Mae (who is damaged, messy, and complex) is not ideal lol It still feels really good and empowering. Mae might be all of those things but if you look close enough you’ll see that she’s also soo much more than all of the bad things she’s done and has overcome. It was hard at first to watch her stumble through life so aimlessly without any real purpose bc it was like watching my life unfold before my eyes. But in the end, I was so proud of the person she had become once she started facing her fears and her demons even though it was the hardest thing she’d ever have to do. She did it for love and for herself. I’m so thankful for this show bc it gives me hope that maybe someday I can/will do the same.. and that there’s a gorge out there waiting for me to come and disrupt TF out of her life and vise versa 😏

I totally get this because even though she is this real, messy, and imperfect person, she is still presented as someone likeable. She’s presented positively. Characters like this are always in the background or just a side piece to someone else’s plot. This show does a great job of representing real characters that real people can identify with

I've been a fan of Charlotte since her role as Zoë in Dreamfall Chapters! Her voice over work was INCREDIBLE and left a strong impression on me.
