At the beginning of the movie April was told that the teacher feature routine is not about taking the spotlight, instead showcasing what she's taught the students. But I feel like this routine is actually a showcase of what the students have taught her. They taught her sign language. They taught her to be free. They taught her kindness and how to be a part of a family. They had a lot to do with her character development and this routine really was a display of that. People change people.

I think that the flower in this dance represented both Sarah and April’s mom because they both were letting it go as if she was leaving them or going to heaven. In the movie they mentioned that April’s mom left her and Sarah’s mom died

I have seen dance competitions since I have been a dancer, all of my friends are dancers, and always loved watching dancing movies, this is one of the most beautiful group dances I have ever seen. The music and their dancing is so so amazing. With the music it makes this dance extra special. I honestly didn’t think this movie was going to be that good but it was one of the best dance movies I have ever seen. Their story is something that won’t be replaceable. I love this movie. I love everyone in the cast. 💖

My favourite part is when they used sign language because I lost all my hearing at the age of 6 so I have been deaf for nearly 6 years now I was a singer and when I lost my hearing I stopped and I am so proud of that girl who is deaf for not giving up on what she loves.

Wardrobe did a phenomenal job. Her look was very tough and hard at the start. Biker look- blunt straight hair always in black and severe heavy makeup. At he end she starts wearing her hair in loose waves and more colours and light romantic makeup. Also also first teacher feature was in red with spiky wings, she looked devilish and fierce-intimidating dance moves. Compared to now in floaty dress, ethereal look and moves that drew you in and touched emotions.

For the peeps who want to know the analyzed meaning, here it is. First of all, can we just start with the lyrics. The lyrics go as "Yeah I, will love you, baby Always and I'll be there Forever and a day, always" Already you can tell what they mean as it is saying that I will be there for you, but put in context, it is a dance of them saying "We are family that will always be there for the others". Some support is when they had the solo against the group. The solo is expressing some kind of disability they have, but the group, or the family, is there for them and accepts them as who they are. This is the main point of the dance. Now the dance. As I already explained before, the dance is about them as family. I have learned some sign language and what Zuzu signed is what I think either together or family. Either way, the meaning is the same. Then, we see Lucia take off her glasses which could mean that she feels free, but puts them back on and is also accepted into the family. I will get into more about the dance with the next section, symbolism. So finally we have symbolism. Well, most of the performance has to do with colors. To most, the colors are blue and yellow because they are well fitting colors. Others might think that the color might be blue as blue is often associated with sadness and the mood of the song is sad. In reality, well what I believe at least, is that the color could mean all those things, but also means loyalty. The color blue symbolizes loyalty and as the message "We are family", loyalty is a must. Now in the first scene, we see April "washed" over a blue cloth. As I said earlier, that cloth could mean sorrow and possibly it washing over her. It can also mean a tide that is pulling her under. Also in the first scene, we see April holding a yellow flower which symbolizes friendship. In a family, friendship is also a must. Now about the dance related with the flower. The flower is first seen in April's hand, but is quickly pulled away. I believe that this symbolizes April left with no one and has to do something about her past up until that moment and that blue cloth. Right afterwards we see Sara holding on to April, as if she guided he to their family. In the end, there are yellow petals everywhere and April is returned the flower, which could mean that there is friendship all over. Now, for the people who have watched the movie, we later see April's book full of those petals. This could mean that she was reminded of that performance or that she was reminded of her friendship. That is all I got but feel free to add on in the comments. I know this is bad so please don't come at me.
