Feel the Grief

Losing my husband was the hardest thing I've ever been through. But one thing (out of many things) I have learned is that You have to feel the grief, embrace it and go through it. It cannot be switched off or ignored. I mean, you can for a while, with distractions... but it will only prolong the pain. You have to feel it, so you can heal it.
