This was one of husband's and my favorite songs. We had many but this topped the list. He passed in 1997 but everytime I play this (for us) or hear it on the radio it takes me back to being with him. I didn't have long with him being married (due to his illness) but I would do it all over again. Treasure every moment you have with people you care about.

This song is the "Our Song" that brought my husband, Richard, and me together. We heard it separately before we ever met and we both knew that this was the love we had waited for our whole lives. When we met we were astonished to learn that we had both felt the same way, watching "Robin Hood" and hearing Bryan's song, thousands of miles apart. Only six months later we met. Then roughly two years after first hearing the song, we were married and this was our "first dance" song at our wedding in 1993. Now we are celebrating twenty-seven years of marriage tomorrow, and it's still "our song," as beautifully and dramatically as it ever was! Thank you to all those responsible for this beautiful love song! Thank you, Bryan Adams.

Two of my relatives killed two people... ...Somehow many people start saying stuff about me when i say about Vasyl Ganol... Very strange... I am not Vasyl... ...Somehow his wife Mary was criticizing him for speaking rudely... strange... he seems to be a very good person... When he died she was not saying anything that he was speaking rudely and was crying a lot because of his death... It's possible that one person was saying about Vasyl something church bells or no church bells... there was laughter or no laughter... ...Once when i was a child we were at Ganol's place and when his son Mykola was opening the drawer (of the table) i was feeling the stuff when you fall in love or something of the kind... That's all i remember about that visit... ...Probably approximately 13 years ago i remember myself thinking a thought that if Mykola was a widower, what a wonderful husband he could be... As if some kind of somebody else's thought was in my head... or somewhat somebody else's thought... Father is opposite to wife... if his wife died... opposite is if his father gets killed... ???? Timothy says that he created those thoughts... ... ...Being a teenager i saw Mykola dancing and didn't like the way he danced somehow... He invited me to dance with him, i said no somehow... Dance = "дан с є", "given "c" or "with" "exists" or what... ...The second time i met Vasyl i was a little bit more than 30 years. At that party I was wearing grey полусапожки, violet shirt, jeans mini skirt (vise versa to nice colour match)... My sister was wearing my mother's shoes somehow, she was always wearing shoes that are in fashion, still does, match her age... ...My grandmother (somehow) when my mother was attending school didn't give my mother money to have school photo, the second one... and the last school photo... ...At that party while we were being photographed Vasyl was passing by, he got in the picture... The picture was taken where dances take place (place), but nobody was dancing than... Probably that party was in 2010... They say Vasyl died in 2019, but +-, not for sure (my husband and i divorced in 2019), ... 9 years passed by... When i was 9 i was split or how to call it... Die = "d" "i" "e" = "split" "i" "є" "("є" in ukrainain = "is", "exists") = "i am being split" or what... those words/letters should be written separately if it was about me when i was 9... They say (maybe i don't know that) that everyone in sect said that Timofey's nose is not partially split, were lying that it is whole... What if because of that the word "die" was not divided into words and letters and because of that Vasyl died???... ... ...Near Kyyiv the international Buddhist center was to be built before 2025. The chief Buddhist monk over there is from Nepal and looks like another Vasyl, the one that loves my mother... My mother doesn't appreciate her Vasyl at alI. I was explaining my mother that he loves her, etc... I saw my mom's Vasyl when i was not in balance at least, etc... ...One person constantly says one phrase: "I am sorry Ванюша - Джан, it's impossible" ("Извини Ванюша - Джан, это невозможно"...)... something... Джан - maybe about one man from Armenia who said (2004) (but he didn't know that two of my relatives killed two people) that i am изюмительная ("изюм" = "rasin"), lots of rasins he said in me... "Rasin" = "ra" "sin" or what... if such stuff exists... Vladimir Putin maybe was saying about some kind of "betrayal" here somehow... unless nothing of the kind... Maybe "betray" = "be" ("бе" in russian = disgusting, rejection) "tra" ("тра" in ukrainian, among poor rural dwellers in Ukraine they very rare used to call or still do "need to") "y" "give the answer"... or what... A year ago Palvin married "sprouts" (her husband's last name is written nearly as "sprouts" in English) or what (the man from Armenia was producing sprouted bread)... unless nothing of the kind... I don't know what it's all about... one person says maybe about something... One person has such strange thoughts... ...The code of the village where Vasyl used to live is 1820885301... Pavlus Sergiy was the first one i met... I was probably 31 on that birthday party. I was born on the 8th of May... Райки, Berdychiv region, Ukraine... ...The psychotherapist is more attractive than me except her lips (she used to have thin lips), nose and maybe a little bit forehead. The priest's last name in the Village where Vasyl used to live is about lips... Since 2013... The psychotherapist as if turned me upside down in 2012 somehow. Vasyl probably was the second one i met, not the first one (sequence)... On one photo that psychotherapist looks worse than she used to, older and in the center her lower lip looks like became thicker somehow... ...In 2019 i divorced my husband. If Vasyl died in 2019, than what if the letter s "d" "i" "e" (am, exist; i was split at 9) became "die" in a vise versa world, became not separated... ...If i am not mistaken at that party my son with his cousin were making cocktails... What does it have to do with it?... ...Unless nothing of the kind... When i said "two" one person was moving his eyes in a strange way somehow... (as if on purpose, as if to say something... in a vise versa world...)... "Two" probably means Vasyl... The topic of visual perception of russians, looks like the same about ukrainians, what else countries if there are such vs America for example or what, etc... Or what?... What it's all about, its roots, etc if there is/are... Vasyl... ...When i was looking at least at one photo from that party (probably at only one), i was next to my ex - husband there, i saw myself much more attractive somehow than i was there... MUCH MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE!!!... IT WAS A LIE, i didn't look that way... I don't understand how it could happen... VERY STRANGE!!!... ...I dream about justice all over the world for good!

My dad died from cancer when I was 7 but since I can remember he was sick, hospitalized most of the time. I liked this song before but I never knew why. I didn't use to give it much attention until mom told me he would listen to this song everytime. Now, at 21 yo I understand that I probably liked this song cause I subconsciously remembered him listening to it. We're not from an english speaking country but he knew some english and I became the second person to speak english in my family, after him. I like to think that he knew the translation to this song and these were his feelings towards us. I really can't spend a week without singing or listening to this song anymore and almost everytime I do it brings me to tears. It's crazy how his somewhat short presence in my life has entirely molded me into who I am now. I miss you dad, I'll find you in another life

You know, I was in my car a few weeks ago, on my way to an event. I was feeling very overwhelmed and lost with some personal things that had been happening. I was on the verge of tears when I asked God to play a song he knew I needed to hear. My radio station changed and this song was playing. What's funny is that I thought my radio was glitching and as I was turning the station back to the one I originally had on, the realization hit me. I started laughing at myself for not recognizing that He answered me. I also felt my worries ease too. I saw several comments of people explaining why this song has special meaning to them and some of the things they have gone through, especially loss of a loved one. I want to remind everyone that you're not alone. God is with us all. I hope you have a blessed day! ❤

I had the pleasure to see Bryan Adams in concert several times. I was at a concert in Cologne, Germany in 1991 (ZZ Top opened) and he closed with "Everything I Do" which he said was the first time he was playing that song live. What I always remember about him was an interview when he said that producers said he should stick with songwriting because he wasn't a good vocalist. A great lesson for anyone with a dream....be true to and believe in yourself. And 'happy birthday" to one of the greats!

June, 1991 this song was on every radio station across the country and I was nine months pregnant with my first child, a baby boy that would change my whole life. I loved this song but it was just a song...on June 18th I gave birth and four days later I stood in his nursery looking out the window while holding him as I rocked him to the music and "I'd die for you" rang in my head in a whole new way. Years later I told my son that story and how I never hear that song without thinking of him and those scary, beautiful, amazing first days of his life. At 19 he was in a coma on a ventilator fighting for his life and my daughter, his little sister, brought me his phone...he only had two songs downloaded. This one and Angels Among Us. I cried like I never cried before and knew that "I'd die for you" were more than just words in a song. I would give my life gladly if he could open his eyes and take a breath on his own. God and I bargained for nine long days and in the end he gave me back my son. This song has weaved itself into the story of my life and will always be loved.(My son is now 29 years old and loves this song as much as I do.)

This song always reminds me of my middle school end of the year field trip to Disneyland. On our return to campus this song came on and the whole bus began singing in unison. Over 60 middle school kids just belting it out on the bus. This memory will be ingrained in me forever. Brings a smile to my face and happy tears whenever I hear this song.

This song never meant that much to me as a teenager when I first heard it because life had already dealt me so many blows. Then after a 20 year failed marriage I thought this song was just a fairy tale. Now I've found a beautiful soul that I hope to one day spend the rest of my life with. Now I know what this song means and its amazing. If your out there hurting alone know there are still amazing people out there worth searching out for and maybe just maybe you'll find that one as I have that gives this song meaning

Girl go hug him!! Let him know how you feel. I wish I could, I fought hard to keep my love protected & loved...but that Vile cancer just consumed his once perfect body. Left only his frame. How could this be, the most beautiful man I ever did see, & loved me, now just a memory. Im left to raise his two teens. This kind of pain & sorrow is unbearable. No reaching for anything...except an empty pillow... Dont hold in your feelings, go tell him you want to be held a little while. We are women, its ok to be soft & humble. Give a man his place. Man I wish I could tell my babe, how honored I was to be his wife. I miss him sorrowfully.

Thank you for this song Bryan. It has been my husband and I’s song as teenagers, back in the 90’s, our wedding song, the one song that started our love story. It speaks to everything we are for each other. All the rough days, the happy days, the days through cancer. Times of wealth, times of struggle. We grew up together. When. We play this song, dancing close, and rememberIng. Thank you!

Great song, music is life as they say, when you are happy or in a good mood, you dance to the sound of the music, but when you are sad, you listen to the lyrics. What do you say?

Lyrics: Look into my eyes You will see, what you mean to me Search your heart, search your soul When you find me there, you'll search no more Don't tell me it's not worth trying for You can't tell me it's not worth dying for You know it's true (you know it's true) Everything I do I do it for you Yeah, yeah Look in to your heart, you will find There is nothing there to hide Take me as I am, take my life I would give it all, I would sacrifice Don't tell me it's not worth fighting for I can't help it, there's nothing I want more You know it's true Everything I do I do it for you There's no love, like your love And no other, could give me more love There's nowhere, unless you're there All the time, all the way You can't tell me it's not worth trying for Just can't help it, there's nothing I want more Oh, I would fight for you, yeah, I'd lie for you Walk the wire for you, yeah, I'd die for you You know it's true Everything I do I do for you

buahahahahahhaha... these are the words what every woman wants a man to say and do for her... fight for her and die for her? that's why women find this empty fake song so amazing... why can't a woman sing for a man like this? it's like women are incapable of love... sad... and so gullible to fall for such soulless lyrics... double sad...

@@FulltimeDuddooScene cause we're replaceable at all times homie. When they say "I do" there's a big fat F'ing asterisk above them and fingers crossed behind back. Lying to God under holy matrimony. They'll love you for next 2-5 years til they find your replacement and extort your ass for child support and alimony after they're the ones that cheated cause they have zero accountability and the law favors them and encourages it through gov kick backs. Sad world now sad and lonely world for men.

@@Superkaioken87 yup... MGTOW really high lighted this issue about men being divorce raped in courts. North America, Europe and Austalia really f***ed up with the men when it comes to divorce. This kind of shit doesn't happen in Muslim countries.

Hello Sarah, how are you doing ?
@sarahlovejoy6234 Жыл бұрын
@@davidbrian2039 not well honestly, but I'm coping and trying to be strong for him because I know he needs me as much as possible as he is losing the ability to do even the most simple daily tasks and needs my help all the time now and hospice has him on pain meds in order for him to sleep. But he's getting weaker and weaker every day. And I'm praying hard that the day I lose him doesn't come anytime soon. Because I will really lose it, break down, and fall to pieces when he passes away. We've been together for almost six years and married for almost four. So yeah you could say my heart is being slowly ripped into a million pieces at a time. Like someone taking a cheese grater to my heart that's how painful this whole process is. Please pray 😭🙏
