I had the strangest dream last night, and it sits in my head in a way so that I wasn’t sure it was a dream or I actually did/feel it before sleep last night when I woke up this morning. I was sitting on my bed, probably trying to recreate some ideal scene or feeling, and I said out loud: „I am“ several times. And I, or rather, the ego, wanted me to stop because I was thinking my neighbours must be thinking I was crazy talking to myself. But I couldn’t, something in me just had to release this really powerfully and loud again and again. Really impressive, thinking about it now!

If I understand correctly, what we see manifested in the 3D is "feedback" of what is really going on in our subconscious? Also, it's interesting how a single word can help make the light go on. Using the word "feedback" made more sense to me than other descriptions, such as "reflection." It clicked because I understand feedback loops, so this will be easier for me to remind myself what frequency am I sending out there and better recognize that by what I see manifested.

[Long comment ahead] Tom, i just had a great epiphany that I'd like to share with you. It was in a dream, where I wasn't any of the "characters" or people that were in it, it seemed like i was watching everything unfold in 3rd person, i felt like an observer, but it felt more than being an observer, for some reason, i could "hear", more like a knowing, i dont know how, but i just knew; all the information just bolted into me in the exact instant it was created (or maybe before, it was so instant that i could barely tell), But back to where i was, i could "hear" the thoughts of these two characters in my head (if i even had a head in that dream), both of them at the same time while they were talking and having an argument, and it was so strange because i felt no separation from them, or the environment that they were in, and just with that knowing, i felt, what i could only describe as a deep bliss, it's like heaving a deep sigh of relief, and saying "finally" I could clearly remember, formulating an event based on their thoughts and feelings, because i felt them too! But it was strange, all i felt was pure love when i received it, anyways it felt like a no brainer decision. Now that i look back on that dream, what they, i? No, it was what all of us created, was most likely what you'd label as "bad" or "unwanted" but in that dream, all i felt for them was love, a pure bliss of being, and a joy for creation. They were most likely probably upset, and frustrated, but i only ever felt, and saw, love, i never judged them, or condemned them, (because it didn't make sense!) all i knew at that time, was that they were me, and i, based on their thoughts, and feelings, produced the events that later happened to them without judgement (because it really made no sense to produce anything else that isn't), and with a "Oh sure, I'll make it happen for you, because i love and adore you" type of attitude. The events that followed, now that i woke up from the dream, were probably harmful for their lives, (they were arguing in an ancient temple, and after that a big boulder came rolling on them, they were adventurers i think, and the trap boulder was like that one you'd find on indiana jones) And what's funny is, even though they were running for their lives, i was thinking of something like "oh, dont worry, I'll keep you safe, everything's fine", and not in an anxious way, but with the knowing that the boulder would never reach them to end their lives. Even when i awoke, i knew they were fine, and felt a deep assurance that they were fine. And so after that i woke up, i didn't think much about it at first, cus it wasn't the first time I've had dreams like those, it was just after some pondering, and wondering, that it finally clicked "what if that was how it felt like to be the subconscious? God? All There Is?" And like lightning everything fell into place. I've always wondered how the subconscious felt, i was always afraid i was taking advantage of it's "inability" to choose, but what actually happened was, i chose not to choose (if that makes sense?) I just accepted everything, because they were all me, i was connected to each and everyone of them, and if you had that feeling, you would always choose to produce whatever they felt and thought, with pure love for their being, because what else is there to do? And even if i was given the option to do something else, i would always choose to produce whatever they were thinking and feeling, because i loved doing (being?) It for them. To be honest, I can't explain the bliss, joy, peace, and love that i felt, it was unlike no other, maybe this was what the peace like no other that the ancients described, it's truly wonderful, and so, so beautiful. This dream, answered so many questions of mine, that i didn't even know i had! I guess this is what "Before they call, i will answer" really meant! I am just so happy to have reached this understanding, and as always, your videos were a great help in me reaching this realization, and for that i greatly thank you.

It means that with your inner World (thoughts, feelings, emotions) you create your outer world. It's always a reflection of your inner state of being and feeling. You don't manifest what you want but who you are.

@@friskymp what I understood about Shadow Work is your individual work with your personal "construction areas" like limiting beliefs ("Love is always complicated", e.g.), fears, anxieties ("If I love someone I might lose my selfcontrol", e.g.) etc. So in general you work first on those ones and your selfconcept as your inner reality shapes your 3D-Reality.
