And you made it through it all that too! Thank you! But if you only took that from what I said, thats such a shallow thought quite frankly. Ah well.

I am also into figure collections for almost 30 years now. It have cost me a lot of money but I enjoy every moment of it. It is hard to stop doing what you love. By the way are you reserving your copy of Mai Shiranui by VERYCOOL TOYS? Which version the standard version or the straight bangs version you think look best?

I always think that spending money on experiences or socially is more worth it in the end. I feel that buying material goods especially those that aren’t investments causes us not to value it as much as it was as time goes buy. Think of it on your deathbed, will the travel and social experiences you get in life or the material possessions is what you feel good about?

if money made one happy, then surely Chester Bennington would've been happy if money made one happy, then surely Chris Cornell would've been happy and they were both rockstars Robin Williams was arguably the biggest movie star with lots of money, one would've thought he was happy Anthony Bourdain, frequently on his show would say he has the best job in the world, presumably he made good money being the star of a show

Damn …… all my idols …. All gone now. Chris Cornell was a tough one back in the day when he passed away. Was so into Audioslave when he teamed up with Rage Against The machine Tom Morello… boy oh boy.

@@ASingaporeChipmunk I was actually a bit worried that my references might not be known by a person in Singapore (I don't know much about Singapore) the only reference to Singapore I knew growing up was Weird Al's song headline news have you ever heard weird al's song headline news?

I am currently planning on a vacation for 5 pax.. after setting aside that amounts i have more than 6 months of salary set aside.. but i agree always look at understand what we are spending and how do we trim spending and maximise our income also
@ASingaporeChipmunk11 сағат бұрын
Totally agree. Back in the day during my paycheck to paycheck era, we went for vacation, pay first then pay off the credit card in installments. Luckily didn’t owe cc money that was prudent of us. But yes we still lived paycheck to paycheck. Now… we put aside FIRST. then plan the vacation and it’s all guilt free spending! That one may be lost to a lot of people who don’t understand the “fun money” aspect of budgeting.

How much is enough? should I aim for 6 months of emergency funds covered?
@ASingaporeChipmunk12 сағат бұрын
My question back to you is… do you even know how much is your expenses to begin with? Then.. have you actually started saving up (doesn’t even include investing and also paying down your debt) All the above needs to do FIRST. And also, start with 1 month to cover, then 2 months, then so on and so forth. Then once you do 6 months, keep going… and going.. Until You will realise just how much money you actually need to keep aside as emergency once you budget, save and pay off your debt. So it can actually vary. But all you have to do is start.
