Feeling giddy or dizzy , a person w ho is feeling dizzy is feeling light headedness or feeling completely of balance. So Feeling dizzy is caused by a variety of reasons, for example a person who hasn’t had a good night’s sleep over a long period of time is not going to feel straight and stable, or those who have low blood sugar or because of dehydration they feel they are light headedness.
