I haven't stopped completely myself, but I certainly limited it to at most a spliff in the afternoon to.... ye I don't really have a reason anymore other than hanging out with a friend. 😂 I used to think I need it to feel better but now I realized that the feeling is entirely dependent on me. I actually prefer being sober now. I feel like I finally took control over my self, both internal and external. 👍❤

Elmer, I have been listening to you for approximately 2 to 3 months now and has been doing my meditations just as instructed and today , actually in an hour I have a virtual interview with one of Canada's largest airline. You know what's amazing? So, at my computer desk, on the 2nd shelf to the left, I have a few books stacked up against each other (Few Neville books, reality revolution by Brian Scott etc), they've been placed that way for months and haven't moved, and in the corner of that shelf where the books are is the book "Feeling is the secret" by Neville. Now you can't see that book unless you move the books in front of it. So, the other day, I was just sitting here thinking of how to bring about what I want in life, and those books that were stacked up against each other fell over which revealed the words 'Feeling is the secret', and then you post this video a few days later. Love the timing of this.

A dear pastor friend in Mexico told me that it is written that way in the Spanish Catholic Translation of the Bible. It really grounds me "on the Rock which cannot move," keeps me fastened to It. It helps to keep me from being tossed about like a wave between the YEA and AMEN of the Spiritual realm and the naysaying of the physical 3-D realm.

To the all people : Don’t try to imagine the material things . Imagine and and feel how those things make you feel as you have them right now . The former is the focus on material and the latter is the focus on the feeling. It’sAllah’s work how He brings us that feeling and let Him do it in however form He brings us those feelings as He wills. By focusing on some form of material, you are restricting your imagination. Be open to all the possibilities how those feelings are brought to you through any form Or shape, Matter doesn’t matter, feelings do! For example, if you want a new car . Don’t try to imagine the car, but how the car would make you feel. The spotlight should be on your feeling not the car itself . By focusing on the feeling, you let yourself be open to the all the possibilities of manifesting ( with Allah’s help) different wonderful cars which might be better than what you originally wanted.

Whenever feelings or thoughts that come up that I don't want to be true in my reality, I just say to myself " That is insignificant for I Am my ideal now". The meaning of the word ideal I am using here, is whatever would be the ideal life that I want to be living. I write down, in detail, the life I want so that every time I say those words (I previously quoted) to myself, I have the image in my mind of my ideal life. I also use the words "Wouldn't it be wonderful if". For example "Wouldn't it be wonderful if I could type faster ". This way I am suggesting an idea to the subconscious mind. I use this a lot for any problems I am having that I want a solution to. So by doing this, I am suggesting this idea to my subconscious so that in turn, it will find a solution to whatever question I am asking of it. Then after that, I try to pay close attention the next day, to things that are showing up in my reality and realizing that they are signs or answers that the subconscious mind is trying to show me as the solution. I actually use youtube for this. Every morning I open up the app I look to see if there are any thumbnails showing up that might be the answer to the questions I've been asking.
