Loosing 40lbs for me in a year and a half made a huge difference in my riding this year. It's crazy. Congrats into getting back in your groove.

Oh man, that tech trail looked amazing. Like you, I much prefer some tech over fast and flowy. Congrats on the fitness journey as well. I started a few months ago myself and quickly realized that fitness and skill progression are th he two best upgrades I can make, by a country mile. By the way, I'm kind of glad I've stuck with tubes since buying my bike almost 2 years ago. They haven't popped once. 👌 Great video, and thanks for sharing your time with us.

Nice to hear youre feeling back to normal. Been wanting to hit a good ride myself, sadly Sudbury is bare of bike parks and my stamina sucks lately. Been trying to tell city council hey youre complaining youre losing money on the 3 ski hills we have, well make em bike parks people will love it. Imagine Sudbury added 3 lift access parks to the several bike trail centers we already have.

that would be great if Sudbury got some lift assisted trails!
