I was so worried I lost my motivation for the school year and was too drained to go on 🥴 turns out I had an ear infection 😅 take care of yourselves, people!! Thanks for all the resources as usual Becca!! I don't think you can even understand how helpful these are!!

Great content, as always. Turns out, I was tired. I wanted to remind everyone. It’s ok to simply leave at your scheduled time and not do work at home. I might go back to working off the clock again, but right now with the behavior issues, I’m good. 👍 This is plenty to deal with.

Thank you for all that you do. I am a first year Elementary Music teacher and I am practically doing everything from scratch. I generally play guitar, drums and keyboards. I created "projects" of teaching these instruments for 3rd through 5th grade. I also go through music genres through a timeline. 1920s is Jazz, 1940s country, 1950s blues, 1950 -1960 rock-n-roll etc. So far I am prepping a talent show and easing in my lessons. However, my students are still enjoying them. :)

I am an itinerant music teacher for TK-3rd grade. I have four different schools. I have my own classroom at one site, I push into classrooms at another site and I'm on the stage, sharing with the cafeteria noise at another site. The last site is online instruction. I am beat. This is my first year in a position like this, but I have been in education for 21 years. Are there any other itinerant music teachers out there that work with little kids? Looking for my tribe!

Becca, Don't forget the other thing about the kids being on the same page with you the teacher. Hugs to you !, - Dwight
