Seek Him with all your heart. Scream out to Him if you have to. He will come and you will be set free. 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30 God loves you so much

I'm glad she's finding\found Peace... However, I'll say this: WE as Christ Followers also have a duty to protect others against certain Criminals. Especially sexual predators. While we want victims to find peace, we also NEED to protect other children from a sexual predator. I don't know if any other children were victimized by this Man, but it's something to consider. It's NOT often a child sex predator like this, just stops being a predator... I would fear for other children, and warn those who go around him, as well as give it to Police. Even if he's Repented, he STILL bears the responsibility of his actions. Those actions could have involved other children...

I'm currently going through watching my father decline rapidly through loss of his mobility. Between the feelings of confusion, bitterness and helplessness, I want to leave everything to the Creator. He has a preordained time for us all. This troublesome time that we are all going through is exposing all to the light. Every spurious thought, every intention of harm towards one another; all of it can be crafted into a better, kinder, more centered tomorrow! I know that it is in me to see this through as a witness to the Glory of the Almighty. Please, pray for my father. I will hope and pray towards your own troubles as well.

Let the authorities deal with the crime and yes faith and prayer can help with forgiving the sins of others but it is not either or, it is both. So faith, prayer and forgiveness should not replace the need for the authorities to become involved and act in this and all other cases of abuse. Our personal conscience and forgiveness does not give us the right to absolve another person of the need of investigation, trial and punishment for a crime, it is the authorities and the law that the Bible says God has authorised to act. Romans 13:1 In fact failure to alert and involve the authorities to abuse can embolden a guilty party to go on abusing and even make us an unwitting enabler to future abuse of others. In summary the Authorities deal with Crime, Faith deals with Sin both run concurrently.

This is powerful. I am so thankful to hear that prayer as an example and pray that prayer for those who have wronged me, and not harbor these angry feelings of unforgiveness anymore, it’s so awful to bear and I know that prayer Titus just prayed is right.

So does God forgive us before we repent? We don't have to express remorse and accept responsibility and ask for forgiveness first?

I feel the pronunciation "Yahveh" is closer to the correct one than "Jehovah". I am very glad that Titus has started using the more correct name of our Lord, Yeshua. Maybe gradually, we could switch to "Yahveh" as well. Thank you for reading these lines 😊

It is usually the case when the older one who experienced first such abuse goes into silence in exchange for the rest of the girls not being molested. Of course, this is often not the case as the father will play the same card with every single child, and each will go into silence in exchange for protection for the other children. But if you read; The Body Keeps The Score you`ll know there are sometimes friends of the father who will benefit from such a relationship.

How about Justice in the hands of Peter when he judged ananias and Sapphira? If you're inspired by the Holy Ghost in terms of judgment and justice the new tell the truth. No repentance no forgiveness
@dragonslayer7587
@dragonslayer7587 3 ай бұрын
God judged Ananias and his wife, NOT Peter, he just pointed out their sins, but God took their lives. Forgiveness of others is shown thru Peter when he asked how many how many times do I forgive someone? 7? Jesus said 70x7... In other words, when the Bible talks about 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth', it doesn't end there. The rest said "Vengeance is Mine sayth the Lord". Forgiveness doesn't mean justice isn't done, it releases the person who was wronged from constantly thinking about it, destroying them from within. {Which is where\how Satan gets a foothold in our lives} ..I'll say this much however, there are times when the Law of Man SHOULD be involved. Especially when it has to do sexual predator behavior on children. However, I don't know what the ins and outs of this case are, but I believe, by not going to the LAW back then, could have created more victims. "Repentance" also doesn't always mean the person who committed a heinous act, and have "Repented" of that act, shouldn't also face criminal charges. I believe the circumstances should dictate this.

Really, I thought forgiveness come from understanding. And each us has our own story which we draw conclusions from. And makes us what we become. It is our life experiences individually that shapes our intentions thoughts and actions. And until u walk a mile in somebody else's shoes you can not fully understand. But u can have empathy. You could have been speaking directly to me by the way. Exact same story. But I have already been seen my mother and told her I love and forgive her. And I already forgive my stepdad. My mother had perfect parents as parents go. So she knew no better. My stepdad had himself been abused. So that why he was messed up. And it takes one person to recognise and break the cycle. But hard as we try. I have found I tried to make others feel my pain and anguish unconsciously by treating them exactly how I had been treated growing up. And the sexual abuse was not the worst of it. It was the complete control domination and put downs on a constant daily basis. I have forgiven. Forgiving does not equal forgetting. But it is old. And all wounds get better with time. It's the new wounds that other create after this by not empathising in any way. Not listening. Hearing understanding helping. They cut deeper far deeper than original wounds. Cos if u keep cutting a scar is thin the skin finds it harder and harder to keep recovering. Until eventually it will never heal and it becomes gangrenous. On the plus side. Cos believe me there is a silver lining to every cloud. It makes you stronger in untold ways. Every problem thrown my way I will usually find solution. I think out the box. Look at the world in different ways. Become a lot more tolerant in some ways. And yet also able to recognize what you do not want. Makes you question everything. Due to the constant critique. I became a bit of a perfectionist. I try make sure I am perfect. Don't mean I am. But I try. And it gave me determined attitude. To never give up. Cos no matter how bad life gets. I know what goes up must come down and visa versa. I also believe faith is very very important. Every culture the world over has faith in some sort of higher power. Except for us in west. I think this is a huge mistake . I have learnt life all of it is interconnected interwoven and we all affect each other. A bad mood for example lets say u go out in the morning and the first person you meet is in a bad mood. It affects your mood. And then you go on to infect other ppls moods there are days I go out and the world seems a happy place. Other days the opposite. So I have learnt to be careful with my words. And my feelings. If I am in a bad mood. I try change my thoughts to happy ones. Listen to some music. Etc. Maybe it is suppressing. But as civilised humans if we all mastered the art of knowing they self and controlling thy self knowing how we each affect each other. Maybe the world would be a better place. Thought please I value your opinion and love Ur channel. ❤

Doesn't it say to forgive your brother if he wrongs you and asks forgiveness? Does it say to forgive everyone no matter what they did or how they act towards you? If you make someone have consequences, that is not forgiveness. When God forgives you, you have a clean slate with him.

I think the biggest responsibility in life is teaching the children. I think you provide a good solid foundation of jesus teachings. Hence I really like your channel. Very true tyvm. I think I remember you Titus from Israel 🇮🇱 when you were younger, we were at the Hatikvah Tee Shirt Store, they printed Bible verses on the Tee shirts. It was just outside of the Market in Tel Aviv . You were on vacation with another lad or more. I had said make sure you stay together here, it must have been one of the Feasts. If it wasn’t you it was somebody who looked like you. You were pleasant boys to talk to ! If it was you - it’s a small world .
