High note in Inception are both done by Jongho and Seonghwa at the same time, you can see it in live performances. Also a lot of people mistake that song to a love song but its actually their obsession towards their goals in life.

Well storyline yes (unless there is also a love story with the girl in the future) but it's also a reference to the movie where he loved his girlfriend(or was it wife?) with and became obsessed trying to be with her. And irl for the general public can mean being in love too.

@@vanessarl8 I mean Ateez released the official meaning of the song during the voting time when they teased the meaning of the song and they never mentioned love. People can interpret it as they want, but I’m just saying what is their official version.

Inception is my fave movie so I love the references in the lyrics and music video, its the title track.

The "I'm in love" in Inception is sung by Wooyoung in the first part and Seonghwa in the second one, you can see it clearly in the live version of the song, and the same goes for the high note towards the end that was both Seonghwa and Jongho. That's the reason why I highly recommend the live version of the songs, to have a clearer understanding of the line distribution

ATEEZ are at their best when they perform live... U get to hear their live vocals and u also get to know their voices and the parts they sing... And the choreo!!! ATEEZ held a voting for Fans and Celebrities as to which will be the title track and Inception won over Thanxx... The vocals in Inception is just amazing and it is in my top 3 title tracks along with Answer and Halazia... Thanxx is the ATEEZ song that I feel is too short every single time... It feels like the song just started and it's already over... Hongjoong and Mingi just kill it...

I can't wait for you to get to the b-side track! Cause they got so much treasure in their b-side. My personal fav are 1. Take Me Home (spoiler, the saxophones *chef kiss🤌🏻 2. The Ring (they got the reference from Lord of The Ring) 3. Not Too Late (an emotional song) 4. Precious 5. Sector 1 And many many many more actually. To understand more the lyrics and mv highly recommend watching the movie Inception or a video summary of it bc everything is a reference! Now for their storyline.."are they talking about the left eye daughter?" WELL we don't have any details of this part of the story yet but in theory should be the girl dancing, I think?And Left Eye daughter is a child and another person but! I do have the theory they may be the same person just different dimensions and timelines, maybe?🧐 But yeah unless they say it they are different persons.

I believe Seongwha and Wooyoung sing the chorus. The high note was both Jongho and Seongwha. I can't wait for you to see their lives. They hit those notes every time. Some of the best perfomers in K-pop. I'm pretty sure the official title track was Inception. ❤

Thanxx is a call out to the boomers which I love, not the title track. It lost in votes, Inception won. The high notes are always 99% of the time Jongho, as it is in this case.

I’m a bit surprised he didn’t like inception considering it’s a fan favorite (and my personal favorite title track), but Thanxx is great too and I’m glad he liked that one.

Jonghoooooo high note in the end😅. Inception song brought me into ateez but not by ateez😅, iKon group covered inception song in kingdom competition and ateez covered iKon song Rythm ta and that was so good too.
