Hi, can yours do a vortex shot? Mine wont spin when trying to do a vortex shot holding it torch wise. My set up is Sony a6400 + Sigma 16mm f1.4.

I would like to make one suggestion when balancing, configure the camera EXACTLY like when you will be recording as just a gram of weight shift can affect the gimbal balance/stability. This means no lens cap, the controller cable from the gimbal to the camera is attached and and the articulating screen on most mirrorless camera is in the position you will be using it in. I did notice I have been balancing the first two axis in reverse order from yours. I'll have to try this order to see if I get faster and better results.

I tried to follow your steps, it didn't work with my Canon r7 with an 18-150mm lens. Few things I didn´t understant, last position of the gimbal. I did just like you but it came out completely different maybe it's because I have a heavier and longer lens that yours.

Does anyone know if this gimbal has actually shipped to Kickstarter backers? Seems to be a lot of confusion.

FeiyuTech claims since many weeks, that they shipped the gimbals. But it seems that nobody of the many hundreds of backers actually received it. They are struggling to provide tracking numbers, don't answer most questions. In short, it's a total mess. Because they used sea freight for shipping, there is still hope that they arrive eventually, but shipping maybe takes several months. At few online stores the product popped already up for sale, you probably get it faster from there. The "super early backers" maybe get it last.

I ordered the product after watching your review back in September and never got the product. I have contacted the company many times and all I got was a fictitious tracking web site. This looks like a fraud to me and I would like the presenter and KZbin to remove this harmful advertisement so other people would not fall into this.

Can someone please help me, im so lost. I balanced it all the way until the last axis, but i bottled it there. Now I tried to reset the whole thing but it feels like impossible now to keep it facing updwards toward the ceiling, which was easier before. Is there any deafult settings or specific start measurement so i can start again?
