FeiyuTech WG2 Gimbal FAIL DON'T BUY

Turns out the WG2 gimbal by Feiyu Tech doesn't even last a month and failed under normal conditions. They want me to send it to China on my own dime and it will take over a month to fix. I purchased it through an authorized USA dealer but have to send it to China? On their site it says they have a USA service center but it is fake and they don't. I have received multiple replies to my email and facebook messages but all have the same tone, WE DON'T CARE. This is a Shit CHINA company marketing to the USA and then not supporting their product when it fails under normal use.

they must have been negligent about doing some vibration or stress tests.. how poor.

I love the features and feel like it's a great product if they would stand behind it. Especially when it is clear that there was no neglect or miss use.
