Although, he has his shortcomings but no one can take away from him the outstanding selflessness he possessed. A true advocate of good life for all.

Fela great musian and a prophet. He prophesied many many years ago about what is happening in Africa especially Nigeria. No water ,no food, no house and politicians worsen everything. Ah Egbon may your soul continue to rest in peace.

Fela tried to educate and inform Nigerians more than 40 years ago. The power that being then painted and called him a madman. Here we are today in Nigeria to face truth and reality. Nothing has changed or improved since then. Who is the madman today? Is not Fela if you ask me. JMO

Discovered this among his box-set. Love how he can invent new types of Afro-beat. The 'Beat on this one is so darn joyful. Stamina for joy~~~that's what african music can mean. So sexy. I keep finding these new ones and for me Kuti was a shamen too as seems to unlocks occult forces of victory!!!Fela taught me to dance-walk and move like a black person.I channell him. I Love Him.

It will NEVER change unless THE PEOPLE take responsibility for their lives instead of expecting the government to. And the people are different types of Africans, but they have colonial mentality with European values. Africa will continue to fail unless it learns to value and love ITSELF
