I want to start this. I’m 69, have severe spine problems and a deformity, plus autoimmune diseases and now Lyme and Babesia. It’s been a cascade of health problems (toxin-based! for 21 years (probably since childhood), and I’m sick of it! I used to do yoga religiously, but had a trauma induced breakdown, and now I find it hard to go anywhere. I want to move from this money pit if a house!
