Very clean and commanding playing. She may not be as physically powerful as Martha, but definitely a SUPERIOR playing!!

Thank you for adding this woman pianist's recording to KZbin. As someone who has gotten hooked on this Romanza in a highly-unusual capitulation, I don't find this recording as heartfelt, or deeply felt, as others.

Only my subjective opinion, but Blumenthal's approach sounds more "elegant" to me than Earl Wild's approach, especially in the Romanza movement. Very fine.
