Thank you; it’s about time someone posted the entire incidental music. People underestimate the ability of orchestration Mendelssohn possessed. Yes, it was nowhere near the savant knowledge Berlioz possessed, but I’d argue that Mendelssohn’s use of the orchestra rivals even Rimsky-Korsakov at points.

From Tokyo of the Land of the Rising Sun 🇯🇵 The cherry blossoms are in full bloom everywhere ; on the banks of small and large rivers , in parks , on the hills , in private gardens and on the various streets .

11:38 I played the Scherzo once, and I'm flutist. The first time I played, I said wow lots of spiccato's and after finished the movement, I drank lots of water because i did not think it was so technic to play, but I love this movement then ;)

The overture is a important revolutionary breakthrough in orchestral writing by a 17 year old in the mid 1820's.

I went ahead and subscribed I figure you'll be posting originals or I'll see if you already have. I'm writing up a curriculum to teach composition here in TX to fund my studio sessions that I'll need, I cant stand regular work anymore it wastes too much time
