Hi Ron, I get my endmills online from Aliexpress, they are about $10 and the last roughing ones I ordered were these (see link below) I usually just search on there and pick the cheapest as they all seem to be the same for the most part, these have a 12mm shank and I alternate between the 14mm and 12mm roughing endmills.
