Barry, I don't know if you will get to see this, as it aired twice before I saw this, but this has helped me so much to gain a strong footing in the midst of very serious stuff going on... I would have struggled more than necessary for longer had I not seen the goodness of God in my life even though the storms nearly shipped wrecked me when I took my eyes off Jesus and looked at the evil, like Peter I started to drown, but I called to The Lord and He heard me and delivered me out of all I feared. Thank you for being faithful to teach us.

Hearing God: In my opinion, too many times our expectation of HOW we will hear is off - God speaks to us in so many ways - through the teaching of His Word, like this from Barry Bennett, or through the preached Word or through another believer. Jesus said we must have ears to hearm so as Barry said: ask God to show you how He is speaking.
