I went to school with Martin. He was the funniest, brightest, beatnikiest poet I ever met. We had such a musical conflagration of kids in our school all educating each other. Martin used to come over to our house and play the piano...it was something else and I stopped bothering to try to learn after that! RiP my brother ❤

Beautiful story. We have fond memories of our childhoods and growing up. The best times of our lives - such sweet innocence.

Thank you so much for posting this gorgeous music. I remember listening to this song for the first time when I played the single, totally unexpected and so beautiful I was nearly in tears - that was 35 years ago... I wish they re-release this song with much clearer production.

Personally I think it's the slightly out of tune dusty old church piano that gives it its charm.

Hello Alicia, I'm glad to be your savior ... :-) Actually the song is hard to find, I had downloaded some time ago and then I made the video. a melody is very beautiful, very intense and meditative... so romantic!

Martn Duffy's work with Felt was far more personal than his Primal Scream stuff. Love the Scream but Felt were on another level.

It is important to note that Martin and Robin Guthrie were in the Studio with Robin the producer. The result could not be anything less than pure angelical bliss.
